1. Local Delivery

  • Delivery Areas: We offer local delivery within Qatar.
  • Delivery Fees: Delivery fees vary based on the city and area. The exact fee will be displayed during the checkout process.
  • Same-Day Delivery: Orders placed before 6:00 PM are eligible for same-day delivery.
  • Next-Day Delivery: Orders placed after 6:00 PM will be delivered the following day.

2. Non-Delivery Days

To ensure the well-being of our team and celebrate national holidays, we do not deliver on the following days:

  • National Day of Qatar
  • Eid Al-Fitr: First two days of the holiday
  • Eid Al-Adha: First two days of the holiday

3. Delivery Timings

  • Delivery is available between 9:00 AM and 10:00 PM.
  • Customers will receive a notification via SMS or email once their order is out for delivery.

4. Important Notes

  • Please ensure that someone is available at the delivery address to receive the order.
  • If an order cannot be delivered due to incorrect address details or unavailability of the recipient, the customer may be contacted to arrange a redelivery (additional charges may apply).
